Thanks to the different varieties, we can go to truffles hunting in all seasons. After the White Truffle season, now it&#8217;s time of Bianchetto or Marzuolo. This Truffle has less commercial value than White Truffle, but it is good if used in the cooking recipes. Seemingly it is similar in both appearance and smell to the Magnatum, then in reality they have a smaller size, a darker color and a much stronger smell. It grows in symbiosis with various plants such as Turkey oak, Beech, Oak, Holm oak, Hornbeam, Hazel and in the Pinewoods. The Bianchetto Tuffle hunting begins on January 15th Program until 15<sup>th<\/sup> April.<\/p>\n<h5><em>The experience begins at 9,00 am together with the expert truffle hunter who will accompany you in the fascinating world of truffle hunting. 1 hour and half to learn more, where and how it grows, the secrets to find it thanks to the infallible nose of his dog, and many curiosities.
